What, exactly, interest me about the Berlin Wall?

The question that I think most people would like to get an answer to is what it is that signifies the Berlin Wall and other constructions which make me love and be attracted to them. I will try to explain it here..

With the Berlin Wall and some other constructions it is mainly what they look like. This is not as obvious and superficial as it sounds. For me to be attracted by a construction, it must be a construction with parallel lines, usually horizontal. I also find other manufactured things look good, as Bridges, Fences, Railroad Tracks, Gates... All these things have two things in common. They are rectangular, they have parallel lines, and all of them divide something. This is what physically attracts me.

The purpose of the construction is completely irrelevant in this connection. So for instance The Berlin Wall symbolizes communism and oppression to many people but not to me. I am not interested in politics. The Berlin Wall is my spouse, it is as simple as so. I also know that there are people who are attracted by gallows, because they are tools for execution. They are fascinated and excited for that reason only, while I am totally uninterested in executions.

Animism, fundamental condition of objectum-sexuality.
This means that I look at things as LIVING BEINGS. I can communicate with them (and with other objects too as far as that goes). I know that this might sound very odd to many people. And as I can do that I can have an affair with The Berlin Wall (to whom I have been married since June 17, 1979). To me it is so natural and instinctive which makes it so difficult to explain. I have always believed in Animism, even as a child. I have always had this sexual disposition (Objectum-sexuality).

I also believe in Reincarnation, that I have had relations to Fences, Walls, Bridges, Gates and other constructions in an earlier life, and that our paths have crossed several times. I have memories from these earlier lives. But of course I can't prove it.

My attraction to the Berlin Wall and other constructions is BOTH emotional AND sexual. I love them as beings (I use this word intentionally here). I enjoy their company… and I catch fire sexually on the Berlin Wall. I also find other constructions sexy, but it is a question of the above-mentioned things: Fences, Walls, Bridges, Railway Rails, Gates…. My sexual feelings towards them are very intense. All these things I was attracted to in the sixties. The Berlin Wall in 1961 when he was built. Also other Walls from the beginning of the sixties, followed by Fences and Bridges. The others "came" later in the middle of the sixties. My feelings for the Berlin Wall are far deeper than what most people believe.

To be attracted to things (which this really is about) IS built on Animism. I relate to things in the same way as when many people relate to other people. And here one can put the blame on the valuations of society that in many cultures are based on Christianity – but what says that man is "the Crown of Creation"? Nothing!!! We share this planet with other beings like animals, things etc. We have all the same worth independent of what we are – an object, an animal or a human being or a plant if it comes to that.

I understand that all this may be difficult to understand for many people, but this is something that really is included in Freedom and the individual's right to choose his own way and be respected for it. I don't harm anybody with my love for the Berlin Wall and other things, nor do they.

If you have questions about this I should be glad to answer them. I am very open and broad-minded. Anyhow I WANT to be it. We all have to live on this earth and the only way to peace, friendship and freedom is accepting and respecting even if one doesn't understand. As long as nobody is injured all is well.

In Peace and Friendship,
Berliner-Mauer

The tragedy of 9th of november 1989 - The Fall of the Berlin Wall - BERLIN WALL

THE TRAGEDY OF 9th OF NOVEMBER 1989

- The Fall of the Berlin Wall

Walltragedin

The Berlin Wall - Brandenburger Tor - 1989 and this will be the ONLY such picture on my site. I hate to see this disaster.

Other extremely difficult questions I get from people are about the fall of the Berlin Wall - 9th November 1989. Difficult questions because they are so painful for me. But on the other hand, I can understand people asking these questions. I have therefore put up this page in an effort to help people understand. I get questions such as:

[quote]
How do you feel about the dissambly of the Berlin Wall and the fact that some of it was destroyed, and other parts shipped to America? [end quote]

[quote]
It occurs to me, however, that your husband is in a grievous state. I visited your husband on several occasions when he was in his prime in the late 1980s. During my most recent visits to Berlin however, your husband was almost nowhere to be seen.
Almost no trace of the Berlin Wall remains anywhere in Berlin. Indeed, the East Side Gallery is just about the only section of your husband still standing, and it is in ill repair. [end quote]

[quote]
How did you feel when you saw triumphant Ossies beating on your husband with sledge hammers a decade ago? Was it difficult for you? [end quote]

... and many similar questions. The reply to this is...

The 9th of November 1989 was a shock to me, which is an understatement. I can't express in words how I felt. :-( 1989 is a year I honestly wish I never had to experience. I never thought it would happen either. If I only could obliterate that year from history. Only one word adequately describes my feelings - TRAGEDY!
When I saw this disaster on television I just left the room - and "blocked" the event - for a long time.
These "closing doors to the past"-tactics have been effective enough until recently. Lately the full shock has started to hit me. I cried for the first time in over a decade about what happened to him. I find it extremely difficult to deal with tragedies like this - if it is possible. We all deal with tragedies in different ways, and this is how I have dealt with mine. Bad or good - I don't know.

All this is very difficult and painful for me - as the Berlin Wall IS a part of my life and has been since 1961, which is almost my entire life. Normally I try to "block" what happened to him. I can't deal with it, and haven't been able since that terrible 9th of November and later. With the emotional bonds, deep love, good memories together with him etc etc, the only way to survive is to "block" this terrible event of 1989.

To reply to some of those questions. There are still parts left of the Berlin Wall, Garten Strasse, Bernauer Strasse, to mention some parts - so I still can maintain the marriage with the Wall, even if he isn't what he used to be. In his prime as one person said. My love and marriage with the Berlin Wall has nothing to do with politics, which I have stated out at the Explanation page, but (there is always a "but"), my personal feeling is that I wish the fall of the DDR etc.. had never happened. Simply because it meant a personal tragedy for me - and for the Berlin Wall, which should be easy enough to understand. My first loyalty is with the objects which is also written out at the Explanation page.

I don't want to go into any details about this - simply because it is far to painful - but I hope these short explanations have given some insight into my reactions to the dreadful disaster of 9th of November 1989.

It was wrong that Germany is united again. it was better with DDR and West Germany, And... It's wrong to attack the Wall because of human stupidity and disrespect for objects. It's wrong to ship parts of him to USA and other places. The Berlin Wall is a German being - and it's beyond all forgiveness to treat him like they have done, USA, germany or any other country that is involved. I put my final blame on those countries.

For me the Berlin Wall EXISTS as he was in his prime! I will always love him. Those are my final words.

I rest my case!
Wall W. Berliner-Mauer

For the rest I suggest you take a look at
Why I love the Berlin Wall.

Picture shows me and the Berlin Wall in summer 1979

This site is dedicated to the Berlin-Wall. My very first love. I loved him since he was born (in 1961), and he still is very dear to me. But looking at photos of the Berlin Wall didn't prepare me for when I first met him in 1977. Seeing him for real, being close to him, touching him.......mere words cannot describe my ecstasy. To me 9th of November 1989 was a catastrophe. Watching television coverage of my husband being torn apart. I can never forgive them for doing that. If you would like a further insight into my relationship with the Berlin Wall, I suggest you take a look at the Why The Berlin Wall and other constructions?.

Are you stuck in frames? Click here to get off.

The Berlin-Wall at Harzer Straße

The Berlin Wall at Harzer Straße, photo taken at my first visit to Berlin in 1977. This shows the original Wall built in 1961. I am especially fond of these old parts of the Berlin-Wall...

The Berlin-Wall at Harzer Straße, between the Walls

This picture is also the Berlin Wall at Harzer Straße, but between the Walls. To the right a newer Wall. This picture is taken from East Berlin side with other words. I wanted to see what the Wall looked like from East, and also needed some pictures for model building.

The Berlin-Wall Ebert Str

The Berlin Wall at Ebert Straße. Here with support Wall.
The total height 3,65 meters. Each of the Wall modules are 1,20 meters width, height of each module without the tube is 3,60 meters, the support platform is 1,60 meters width. Width of the actual Wall is 12 centimeters at the top and 22 centimeters at the base. The DDR official name of these modules are "Stützwandelement U" which means "support Wall module".
Photo taken in January 1982.

The Berlin-Wall at Potsdamer PLatz

The Berlin Wall at Potsdamer Platz, picture most likely taken around 1962. Two more concrete "brick layers", actually concrete beams on the top of the Wall, plus the Y-supports for the barbed wire. On the original Wall (from 1961) there were not these two concrete beams neither the Y-supports. There were bended iron-bars with barbed wire - towards west.

The Berlin Wall Bernauer Str

The Berlin Wall at Bernauer Straße. Picture taken in 1977, new section of the Wall being put up. Here with the support platform towards the west side. Normally the support platform is towards "friend side" = the east side. These modules are standing in a 10 centimeters concrete layer.
Photo taken in 1977.

The Berlin-Wall at Chaussee Straße

The Berlin Wall at Chaussee Straße. This picture also shows the original Wall built in 1961. In front of the Wall the original Fence DDR put up at 13th of August 1961. In 1966 DDR started to replace these old parts of the Wall with more modern Wall - with concrete segments between H-beams of iron or concrete (at some parts of the Wall). Like I wrote at the tope of the page, I am especially fond of these old parts of the Wall - with the Y-supports and barbed wire, concrete building elements, bricks etc...
I would like to dedicate a small poem for this image of the Wall.
The Berlin Wall - you are my lover and my best friend!
Your bricks give ME the strength I need in life!

The Berlin-Wall at Klempke Straße

Because of demands from the French military government soviet engineer troops have Friday morning the 2nd of September 1961 moved back the Wall about 10 meters at the sector border on Klempke Straße in Reinickendorf, which turned out to be in the French sector.
The photo shows about ten meters of The Wall moved back.

The Berlin-Wall at Bernauer Straße

Workers at the Soviet sector heighten the Wall at the sector border Bernauer Staße (U-Bahn station Bernauer Str.) by adding another layer of bricks at 28th of September 1961.

I have built 9 models of the Berlin Wall - different sections. If you are interested in the models, you can visit the model building page:

If You Always Like The Emotionally Unavailable, It's Because You Probably Are, Too - Objectum-sexuality - Jezebel

If You Always Like The Emotionally Unavailable, It's Because You Probably Are, Too

There have been a lot of stories lately (and even a movie) about people in love with inanimate objects. Today, Sega Toys annoyingly announced that it was jumping on this sad trend by creating a doll-sized robot girlfriend, called Eternal Maiden Actualization, for lonely men. While some people who fall in love with inanimate objects call their orientation objectùm-sexuality, it seems to me that such people fall into a larger class of us called "people who are so scared to get hurt that they subconsciously choose relationships in which they won't be." You know, inanimate objects, emotionally unavailable men, we're all just looking to minimize the pain we know is coming.

Sure, everyone gets involved with an emotionally unavailable guy once. They can be so charming! You know there's more to him! He'll realize that you're special! And so you putter around him, a perpetual motion machine of awesomeness in which you minimize your flaws and maximize your coolness factor, acting loving but aloof enough not to scare him at the same time, after which he inevitably fucks someone else or you get hurt by his actual aloofness or worn down by pretending to be some perfect version of yourself to convince him get emotionally invested. Then you learn not to do it again and go find someone that thinks it's funny or even endearing that you talk too loudly when you drink or sing really bad karaoke or have a weird bellybutton and hopefully you open up and let him get to know that person you are when you're not trying so hard to be liked.

On the other hand, some of us keep doing it. Your life becomes an endless string of dudes that don't allow you to get too close or bail before you can get too invested or force your hand into bailing because you're just not going to take that shit from some guy. And you get to feel the butterflies, and you get to know you can still feel by being in just enough pain when it ends that you notice and maybe it will wring some tears out of you, but, really, when he's not letting you get that close, you're actually not that close. Since you can't get close to him, since you're spending your time trying to be so cool or not being upset about the aloofness and the lack of emotional intimacy, you're not letting him in anymore than he's letting you in.

So, yeah, it's weird that some dudes would rather have an expensive doll than try to have a relationship with a person, or that a woman would love the Berlin Wall and not an actual man, but it's no weirder than convincing yourself that you're in love with some dude you don't really know and who doesn't know you. It's all just one of a myriad number of ways to protect your most fragile bits because if someone doesn't know you, then it isn't gonna hurt that bad when they don't love you back.

You have got to see this documentary about "objectum sexuals," people who fall in love with objects like fences and amusement park rides, (one woman even married the Eiffel Tower). And they have sex.
If you thought that men in love with Real Dolls was strange, wait until you see Strange Love: Married to the Eiffel Tower, which follows these fetishists (all of them, for some reason, female). Interestingly, Objectum Sexuals — they call themselves OS people — believe their love with the objects are reciprocal and that they can telepathically communicate with them.

Amy Wolf is in love with a fairground ride called 1001 Nacht, for which she writes poetry. Based on appearances, she seems like an out-and-proud lesbian, but has no interest in humans. She also loves a church banister, a banister in her home, and the Empire State building. Having connected through an OS people forum on the internet, Erika goes to visit Amy. (Both women are said to have Asperger's and share a history of abuse.) They go to the fairground to see 1001 Nacht. In the clip above, Amy is left alone to have an intimate moment with the ride, while Erika goes for a walk. She happens upon a picket fence and feels an immediate attraction.

Erika La Tour Eiffel married the Eiffel Tower and then took its name. But she doesn't like referring to the structure as "it" because "calling something an 'it' instantly means it's inanimate." She gets "a sense" of an object's gender. According to her, the Eiffel Tower is female.

After suffering abuse as a child, and bouncing between foster homes, she joined the US Air Force but during her training, was sexually assaulted, and defended herself with a Japanese sword, which was her lover at the time. She refused to part with the sword, and was discharged from the military for psychological reasons. She then fell in love with an archery bow — she became a US medal champion in archery — but her feelings for the bow waned after time and she moved on to bigger things, literally, as in: tourist attractions. On their one-year anniversary, Erika goes back to visit the Eiffel Tower to consummate their marriage. She lifts up her skirt, and straddles one of the beams with "no barrier" between them. The entire documentary can be seen here online.

thanks for all your OS coverage. I sent you an email including my correspondence with 'OS' 'It' lady, Erika Eiffel. Hope you enjoy it. Here's a little tribute I made on one of my rogue YT channels which she has not been successful in censoring...yet. But these YT channels, they're like Frito's, you  just make more.

10 Things You May Have Missed On TV This Week

In this week's multimedia compilation of pop culture crap, Chynna Phillips believes that Jesus planned for her sister and father to have sex, Tyra investigates objectum sexuals, and there's a reported vagina flash on So You Think You Can Dance.

1.) Flash Dance
This week on So You Think You Can Dance?, some woman flashed her crotch, and Fox gave her a flesh-colored blur, leading these ABC News correspondents to wonder whether or not she was going commando.

2.) Barbara disses Mariah's boring story on The View.

The interview was preempted for the breaking news that Chicago did not get picked to host the Olympics. When The View returned, Mimi's dog appeared.

3.) This.

4.) Jesus wanted John Phillips to have sex with his daughter.
Because he knew it would help Chynna sell her new album.

5.) Tyra has a knack for discovering people who are really good at being assholes.

6.) Tyra also finally discovered Objectum Sexuals.

7.) Check out this hot ticket on Judge Judy.

8.) So not glitz.

9.) Kim doesn't like anything "cheesy" or "cheap."
So don't let the wig fool you.
