Being a "Slut," "Bitch," or "Son of a Bitch
[13] In what appears to be a majority of cases, even words like "slut" or "bitch" have been held not to be slanderous per se. See Charles C. Marvel, Annotation, Libel and Slander: Actionability of Charge of Being a "Slut," "Bitch," or "Son of a Bitch," 13 A.L.R.3d 1286 (1967). Included in the discussion is an early Wisconsin case, Robertson v. Edelstein, 104 Wis. 440, 80 N.W. 724 (1899), where the court ruled that calling a married woman a "bitch" was not actionable per se in the absence of special damage. The court stated:

Hookers Mandalay Bay
Hookers Mandalay Bay
Where: 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South
When we were in Vegas last month we noticed something we had never seen before...Vegas has a last call.
Things got real crazy on the Mandalay Bay Hotel Casino floor between 3:30 and 4:00 AM--tables closing down, the hot help giving way to the not-so-hot morning help, and tons of women milling the casino floor looking to cosy up with a cowboy.
At first we thought we were just witnessing late night hookups, however, it quickly became obvious that these girls, who looked way more natural than stereotypical escorts, were working the room.
We asked around a bit, and found out the the Mandalay, in particular, was a known target for working girls. Turns out this isn't a new phenomenon, Kid Rock, who we venture to guess would know a thing or two about working girls, had this to say on stage at a Vegas concert way back in 2000:
All the hookers at the Mandalay Bay Hotel... are going home with Trey."So if at 4 am in Vegas at the Mandalay a cute girl asks you if "you want some company" up in your room--you can no longer claim ignorance.
