まずこちらは、特大のカブトムシケーキ。卵白をたくさんを使ったふわふわスポンジとハイミルクチョコの組み合わせ、表面にはグラサージュチョコを使い光沢のある黒を、角と足はオレンジピールで美味しく仕上げてあるそうなんだ。
