Mongo abrió el famoso concierto de la Fania All Stars en el Yankee Stadium de Nueva York, el 24 de agosto de 1973. En esta grabación el piano lo hace el colombiano Joe Madrid y el saxofón, el tambien colombiano Justo Almario. En los bongoes está Pablito Rosario, el mismo que aparece en el video de Señor Sereno de Larry Harlow, ¡este percusionista es de los bravos!

Toqui - Guillermo Tell [Cuba/Ecuador]

La realizadora de "Toqui" es una cubana residente en Ecuador, de ahí el nombre del personaje(Quito al revés. Este muñequito tuvo tanto éxito en Cuba que varios episodios fueron realizados en una técnica que hasta ahora creo que nadie ha vuelto a repetir.The director of "Toqui" is a Cuban resident in Ecuador, hence the name of the character, Quito upside down. This little person in Cuba was so successful that several episodes were made in a technique that so far I think nobody has once again repeat.

Guillermo Tell
(s. XIV) Héroe legendario suizo. Según la tradición, Guillermo Tell era un ballestero, famoso por su puntería, que desafió la autoridad del gobernador Gessler al negarse a saludar a su sombrero, expuesto bajo el tilo de Altdorf. Gessler lo condenó a tener que atravesar con una flecha de su ballesta una manzana puesta sobre la cabeza de su propio hijo, prueba que Guillermo superó con éxito. Encarcelado por Gessler.

William Tell
