MICHAEL Jackson’s coffin is to be encased in concrete to protect it from ghoulish souvenir hunters.

Jackson’s funeral, which has been postponed several times, is due to take place on Thursday after the family moved the date from Saturday, the star’s 51st birthday.

In a private ceremony at a walled Los Angeles cemetery the singer will be laid to rest in an £18,000 gold-plated coffin.

It also emerged yesterday that a series of grief-stricken letters written by his three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, seven, will be placed in the coffin.

The notes read: “Daddy we love you, we miss you” and will be placed next to the singer’s trademark single white glove, his brother Marlon revealed in an interview. The King of Pop has also been given one final makeover and been fitted with a special wig giving him flowing shoulder-length hair in preparation for his burial.

Soul legend Aretha Franklin will sing at the graveside during the 45-minute sunset service, restricted to family and close friends.

Immediately after, a wall of concrete will be poured around his coffin.

Jackson’s final resting place at the Holly Terrace Grand Mausoleum will then be watched over by motion-sensitive CCTV cameras linked to alarms.

Anybody visiting the cemetery, where Humphrey Bogart and Clark Gable are also buried, has to show ID.

Marlon Jackson, 17 months older than Michael, shared a bed with him when they were growing up in Gary, Indiana.

Yesterday he said: “This is the final step – the final curtain will be closed as regards to Michael’s life. It’s a quiet place where the children will be able to visit in private.”

Porn is a violation of YouTube's terms of service and not permitted on the YouTube site.  Any porn that is uploaded is quickly deleted.

Downloading videos from YouTube is ALSO a violation of YouTube's Terms of Service, not to mention illegal (piracy)

Foilseal...  It's not selective censorship.  When videos are flagged as hate speech (racist), Youtube reviews the flag, and if it does indeed prove to be racist, they remove it.  When a user continues to violate community guidelines, then their account is banned.  There is no political or financial motivation.

It's a threat against my life and it needs to stop. He should not be allowed to have a voice on YouTube, when he's not even brave enough to put himself online. Instead he uses me and it only makes people confused, a lot of people who follow my content become upset, they also ask my friends online what they think about these videos, and it becomes a really big problem.

Please, I beg you, help me delete them or advise me on how or what I can do to get this guy blocked. I feel as if, he will do this for as long as he can. It's a neverending battle and an upsetting one.

It's not commercial music mostly, but these are three sites I'd highly recommend. The music is released under the Creative Commons licence, which means the authors have granted you certain rights:

You're not likely to find the artist you want because the artist you want's music is likely copyrighted.  You'll have to settle for something different.   The following links offer LEGAL music you can use in videos.

But make sure to read the licenses ... oh, and regarding the BY...-ND licenses I recommend to contact the artist to get a permission. The most artists are going to allow you to use the music if the song isn't getting altered - some want to see the video before it is public and some are also giving rules (e.g. not permitted to use in a porn movie (lol - I really got this rule once)). So these songs with licenses for non-derivative works can get used if the artist is allowing it to you ... simply ask since you've nothing to loose.
 
If you can't find your favorit artist there then the artist is obviously having a contract and is working for a record label that owns all rights about his works. Perhabs he's even only singing what the songwriter of the record label wrote for him. So if it is an artist you know from a CD that you can purchase in a music store then mostlikely there stands a ©-notice including that all rights are reserved and no public performing/broadcasting is allowed.

Mr Roland, that link looks like it's offering illegal downloads. The OP wants to know how to get music on his videos without the video being taken down for copyright infringement: that site won't help him acheive that aim.

MrProEditer1: the sites I pointed you to don't necessarily have links saying "FREE DOWNLOAD" because their downloads are all free. On Incompetech.com you need to click "Royalty Free Music" and on ccMixter you need to browse "remixes".

The reason you can't find the artist you want is because the artist you want doesn't want you using their music. It doesn't matter where you actually download it from, if you don't want to be caught for copyright infringement, you must get permission from the copyright owner -- usually the record label -- before you upload. They are unlikely to give it to you.

The point about Creative Commons is that the artists have already given you permission by releasing their music under that licence.

So, long story short: If you want to avoid being caught out for copyright infringement, you'll have to live without using music by the artist you want to use. If you want to use that artist's music, either get permission (which may be very expensive) or risk being caught out for copyright infringement.

They won't and YouTube won't take any action until the copyright owner complains or it is caught by the automatic ID system. But, if you follow any of these threads, you will see that it happens every day. If you get three strikes you account will be deleted.

It's not enough to just ask, you need to get their permission. If they've registered the music with the auto ID system, it usually means they never will give anyone permission.

But if it does happen, you get permission and then the auto ID system catches it, you file a counter claim giving the details of the licence you obtained... or alternatively, just contact the people who gave you permission and ask them to retract their claim.

If someone has permission/license to use certain music, that right is generally not transferable. If it were I could buy some royalty free music and than give it to many other people to use. Believe me, they want their money. So if I interpret what you are asking correctly, yes you must check with the real copyright owner.

Dancers in Mexico City claim that they have broken the record for the most people simultaneously dancing to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.“

Michael Jackson’s birthday included a birthday bash hosted by Spike Lee and a candlelight vigil, but in Mexico City, some people celebrated by hosting a record-breaking dance party.

Dancers in Mexico City claim that they broke the record for the most people simultaneously dancing to Jackson’s “Thriller” on what would have been the singer’s 51st birthday.

The crowd of nearly thirteen thousand people was led by Jackson impersonator, Hector Jackson, but the Guiness Book of World Records will have to confirm that all the dancers completed the entire complicated dance routine.

The event was organized on Facebook by Carlos Contreras who expected that maybe 20 people would show up. People of all ages attended the event, including 2-year-old Guillermo Rodriguez who became a fan of Jackson after seeing his music videos playing on TV during news coverage of Jackson’s death.

Rodriguez danced in the event wearing a dreadlocks wig, a black fedora, and a white glove, and he referred to Jackson as “Michael Jack.”

Flash mobs also performed Jackson’s “Thriller” in front of the Reichstag in Berlin and in Trafalagar Square in London.

El sábado 29 de agosto, cuando Michael Jackson hubiera cumplido 51 años, cerca 13.000 seguidores, de todas las edades, se reunieron en México para bailar "Thriller", en tributo al fallecido Rey del Pop. Lo mismo hicieron sus pares españoles en Barcelona, en donde unos 700 fans bailaron al ritmo del emblemático tema.

En México, un total de 12.937 mexicanos, de distintas edades, lograron hoy un récord mundial de baile con la coreografía, marca que deberá ser validada por el World Record Guinnes.

El tributo en México convocó casi 13.000 seguidores del Rey del Pop.

Los miles de bailarines se reunieron en la explanada del Monumento a la Revolución, en la zona centro de la capital mexicana. La coreografía fue seguida además por unos 50.000 espectadores que soportaron una intermitente lluvia.

La iniciativa mexicana, denominada "Yo sí bailo Thriller" fue orquestada por la red social de Facebook, que en seis semanas organizó este evento.

En Barcelona, en tanto, un total de 697 fans de Michael Jackson, caracterizados como zombis bailaron simultáneamente en Barcelona (Cataluña) la coreografía del video "Thriller".

En Barcelona se reunieron unos 700 fans.

Convocados por el grupo de baile aficionado Pocket's y la página web "byebyemichael.com", los zombis se reunieron en un centro comercial de Barcelona ataviados y maquillados como exigía la ocasión, para recrear la coreografía del video con el que Michael Jackson sorprendió al mundo en 1982.

"Thriller" fue uno de los temas emblemáticos del Rey del Pop, que también daba nombre al álbum más vendido de la historia.

What is the lengthiest spoken oath commonly required of witnesses in a formal legal trial? The answer seems to be 374 words, in the judicial courts of Burma, until at least the middle of the 19th century.

An English translation appears in Kenneth RH Mackenzie's 1853 book Burmah and the Burmese, published in London. Mackenzie writes: "The oath is written in a small book of palm leaves, and is held over the head of the witness."

Called The Book of Imprecations or The Book of the Oath, the slim volume also expresses the court's sentiments about any witnesses who would fudge facts. The court is fairly thorough in its wishes, touching on the most likely eventualities.

"May false witnesses die of bad diseases, be bitten by crocodiles, be drowned. May they become poor, hated of the king. May they have calumniating enemies, may they be driven away, may they become utterly wretched, may every one ill-treat them, and raise lawsuits against them. Let the calamities occasioned by fire, water, rulers, thieves, and enemies oppress and destroy us, till we perish and come to utter destruction. Let us be subject to all the calamities that are within the body, and all that axe without the body. May we be seized with madness, dumbness, blindness, deafness, leprosy and hydrophobia. May we be struck with thunderbolts and lightning, and come to sudden death. In the midst of not speaking truth, may I be taken with vomiting clotted black blood, and suddenly die before the assembled people.

"When I am going by water, may the water nats [spirits] assault me, the boat be upset, and the property lost; and may alligators, porpoises, sharks, or other sea monsters, seize and crush me to death; and when I change worlds, may I not arrive among men or nats, but suffer unmixed punishment and regret, in the utmost wretchedness, among the four states of punishment, Hell, Prita, Beasts and Athurakai."

After that and a lot more, the oath concludes with a few thoughts of hope and cheer. Then the witness, if he is still alive and not seized with madness, dumbness, blindness, deafness, leprosy or hydrophobia, testifies.
