Mark Zielenski, MD., Associate Physician Assistant Professor Residential Psychiatry Program (2021- ?) LSU TERMINATION OF PATIENT (SECOND ATTEMPT)


 

I was victim to physician abandonment, as recognized and defined by the AMA Code of Medical Ethics, terminated of clinic and medical rights, autonomously denied access to vital medication, denied ethical doctor referral, denied due process and appeal as stated in FMOL and all AMA Healthcare Centers, as listed in their Bill of Patient Rights.

 Blacklisted from communication or contact at all levels of FMOLH, from June 2, 2021 (date of Physician Retaliation Abandonment / Termination by Office Manager) - August 10, 2021 (today's date - having been denied medication, I am suffering symptoms of withdrawal and of the diagnosed conditions by Mark Zielinski MD., who upon allegations of a third party has weaponized an unchecked allegation of "profanity over a telephone," in maneuvering untruthful connivance against best practices recommended by the American Medical Association and APA, whose oversight it falls, he has weaponized this benign allegation (even if true, but it is not) in an outrageous excuse to see me gone from clinic (his second attempt),

    A physician who is not from Baton Rouge, nor having grown up with that hospital, not born there, as I was; his university is not my Alma Mater LSU; he was not educated by Sisters at a Baton Rouge Catholic Elementary whose nuns taught every grade, until High School with the Brothers of Catholic High School, graduating in the Class of 1981, to attend LSU and graduate from that University in 1985; his mother does not sit with the Holy Sisters of Franciscan Monasteries of Our Lady, in the Chapel whose philanthropy her father did help erect it as theirs, on whose grounds it sits-- This is not his to remove.

June 2, 2021, 20 minutes before I was to patch through for a televisit, I was interrupted by his new office manager, who explained to me that I would not be needing to wait, as Dr Zielinski had delegated her to inform me that as of right now, I was no longer to be seen by him--ever--a mendacious malevolent cut to the throat after the lie whose stab in the spine had sent me to the floor.

     

     


     

    FMOL OLOL then proceeded to violate all due process and appeal, as guaranteed by Code of Ethics and  FMOLH Patient CODE OF CONDUCT  (never  signed by me, not in my file -- one more omission which is not recognized by the procedural exemption from their or any institution as defense).

    FINALLY, EVEN IF TRUE, WOULD NOT RAISE TO STANDARD OF AN ACTIONABLE OFFENSE DESCRIBED IN CODE OF CONDUCT, OVERHEARING OF INCIDENTAL, NON-THREATENING PROFANITY FROM A TELEPHONIC DEVICE, ALSO IF TRUE, EMANATING FROM A PRIVATE ABODE.
