Jim Dickinson made his first recordings in Memphis, Tn, at the Comet Studios, owned by Les Bihari (some sources also mention Satellite Records) with Memphis-based group the Regents, but these tracks are presumably unreleased (for instance "Education Blues" featuring Ronnie Stoots on vocals, circa 1959-60). Also some tracks recorded with the Jesters in 1966 are still unreleased.

In addition, two 1990s recordings by Teddy Paige & the New Jesters ("London Cherry" & "Moon Over Mankora") have been released on compilation LP/CD "The Sympathetic Sounds Of Toe-Rag Vol.1" (Sympathy For The Record Industry SFTRI 695)
