Plastic Bertrand (Roger Jouret pseudonymous) - (Brussels February 24, 1958) is a Belgian singer. Plastic Bertrand broke through in 1977 with the smash Ça plane pour moi. Five years after Katrina hit Louisiana by oil - International - News - Le Vif
