Tried Jelqing...some questions before i continue...... [Archive]
I've tried the good ole Jelqing techniques... about twice now, each time doing it for only 5-10 minutes, not that much...I was browsing around and found an article about this one guy who did jelqing, penis pumps, and weightlifting with his penis... and now it is suffering from orgasmic and erectile dysfunction. So I am seriously considering stopping the jelqing technique, as I am already pleased w/ my current penis size (I only wanted to see if it really worked) and I noticed afterwards that my penis was suffering from some infrequent, uncomfortable "pains", mainly centralized just under the head....more like the pains you get from normal weightlifting or a cramp you get while running...nothing serious.
I tried to erect, and was succesful, the head got hard like normally and everything worked fine. I guess I am just worried that I may develop what that one guy did...and my penis would always remain limp even if the penis was erect...
Alls I need is some reassurance... after all, im FINISHED with trying to see how big I can get, especially since I'm perfectly comfortable the way I am...

Well, I think this is still debated, but I find I just don't get as good of a session in if I jack it before a workout. My personal opinion at least. Now afterwords I, generally, edge after every workout. In fact... I would suggest you edge every time, rather than just masturbate. If you're gonna be playing with it, you may as well teach yourself to last longer... rather than just jizz.__________________

i know what your saying, but do you masterbate at all? it seems that alot of people seem to do alot of edging after wrokouts but rarely say theyve masturbated. i mean, i personally i couldnt go the full year with no masturbation all in the name of penis gains. i think that would be way too difficult. is the best time to masturbate after a workout? if anytime to do it?![]()

Masturbation does nothing to effect gains.You may however struggle to get as good a quality of workout if you jack off before a session.
If you've been jelqing for a while and have been at a good state of erection for any period of time you really should let it pop or else risk prostate issue further down the line.
Continuous edging night after night without release will cause serious prostate issues in the long run.

You might want to reward yourself after a couple of edging sessions by ejaculating. I think masturbation has nothing to do with gaining or not gaining other than that, as the others have said, you get a better jelqing session if you hold off until after you have finished jelqing.__________________

I don't think it does. There have been PLENTY of times where I have gotten so stimulated from girth work that I felt the urge and compliedI've gained regardless. I have also masturbated BEFORE girth work. Say...an hour before hand. It feels like the tissues get stretched more internally when doing so. It may or may not be the case, but it feels that way. I guess the spasms from ejaculation/orgasm put some stress of sorts on the inner erectile tissues? Either way, it feels like I get more stretched internally when I have masturbated before hand.
