Meeting in Cannes with Henry Miller, a member of the jury. Interviewed in a garden by Jacques MOUSSEAU Henry Miller speaks French. He speaks of the reputation he has made an expert in erotica. Henry Miller (smoking cigarettes) confesses that he is very shy, Georges Simenon (smoking pipe) sees him as a great epic poet, a lover of life, things of life, in which we will seek comfort cons mechanical life. Henry Miller never feel a grudge or hatred, he, like SIMENON, respect for a server or a minister, he believes in chance. The two men split up, happy to have finally met after years of correspondence. Henry Miller returned to the table of the interview, while a waiter sets the table. He admits he never liked working in Paris he found the life he liked, surrounded by friends with whom to discuss, he felt protected. He read Georges Duhamel, Paul Morand, and all the great, his favorite author is Cendrars. Today, he is still torn between Paris and Big Sur. When he writes, he sometimes relies on his notes. He talks about his next book and then it descends into pure laziness, regardless of whether or not written, maybe death will come: "I agree to accept death as life is an adventure" .
