’n Bafana Bafana-ondersteuner se uitbundige geblaas op ’n vuvuzela het ’n haar keel laat skeur.
Mev.
Dié werknemer van Old Mutual Finance in Pinelands en haar man, mnr.
Ek het my lippe styf getrek en so hard as moontlik geblaas.
The X-rays of Mrs. Yvonne Mayer of Bloubergstrand shows the hole that a vuvuzela in her throat was torn
Cape Town
A Bafana Bafana-exuberant supporter's blast at a vuvuzela a tear to her throat.
Mrs. Yvonne Mayer of Bloubergstrand was two days do not speak or eat after the vuvuzela-blasting a hole in her throat caused.
The employee of Old Mutual Finance in Pinelands and her husband, mr. Ronald Mayer, on Friday before the openingswedstryd by Cape Town's streets, walked to the mind to experience.
When she and a group of people at one stage a blaaskompetisie hold, her throat started burning. "I just thought I fell ill."
After the game was worse, her throat started burning. It felt as if a bubble sticking in her windpipe. The next day, her doctor explained the pressure in her windpipe had become too large and causes a partial tear of her throat.
Drs. Scott Barker of the Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital said the blast, repeated after the initial tear, the wound was getting to be bigger.
Air, the tissue through the wound penetrated. Although Mayer does not go to hospital yet, she had to be monitored for infection to occur.
Mayer said she believes she has the wrong instrument sounded. "People said I should be like a trumpet-blowing. I had my lips tightly drawn as hard as possible blown.
"The audio sounded slightly different, but I was actually very impressed with the result."
She is a little skrikkerig the vuvuzela again to blow, but thinks she should first try to master the technique.

Oh no, the comments are counted wraggies unnecessary and more barbaric than the little noise of vuvuzelas! It's only for a month and for a little while, forget for a nation of the straw that dominate their daily lives. Leave the people as they want to make noise, it's much better than going to Malema's straw or Zuma's stropies listening!

Well, it's understandable that if we could go it will blow your throat damage can get. Any person who blew instruments (wood and brass) in a music band to play for hours practicing the throat become too raw and painful later! It just about moderation here. It's "commin sense that excess blast a man's throat would hurt! This does not have the vuvuzela prohibited. People should just commin sense to learn ...
