Lindsay Lohan appeared in court again.

She was accused of stealing a necklace, just weeks after being released from court ordered rehab.

The necklace disappeared from a boutique after she tried it on, but it reappeared at a police station as officers were preparing to search Lohan's home. Since 2008, LiLo has been accused of various thefts, including fur coats, a Rolex watch and of course, jewelry.

A Las Vegas tanning salon is also suing Lohan over US$41,000 in unpaid tanning fees.

【李寧怡╱綜合外電報導】微網誌Twitter以其簡明、即時特性，不僅成為當紅社交網站，也是網友迅速傳播消息管道。英國一位獨具巧思的電腦工程師甚至打造一棟可發送Twitter訊息的神奇房屋，房屋漏水、門窗未關等狀況，都會透過Twitter發送訊息通知家人，還有助於節約能源。

電腦軟體轉成文字

43 歲的史丹佛－克拉克（Andy Stanford-Clark）在IBM電腦擔任工程師與研發，他與妻兒在英國懷特島有座農莊。史丹佛－克拉克在每個房間、門窗、電表、水塔等處安裝無線感應器，將房屋的動態傳送到書房中央控制系統的電腦晶片上，再用獨特軟體將蒐集的資訊轉為文字，發送到Twitter。

當黛咪摩兒（Demi Moore）、琳賽羅漢（Lindsay Lohan）等Twitter上的名流發送明星動態時，這棟代號andy_house的房子傳出的訊息則是「浴室暖爐開了」、「樓上窗戶沒關」、「書房捕鼠器捕到老鼠」等。

還能監控電費用量

對很重視環保的史丹佛－克拉克來說，Twitter也是監控水電用量的好幫手。從他設定電費每增加10英鎊（約540元台幣），系統就發Twitter訊息後，電費已減少1/3。全家用水每逾100公升，系統也會傳送訊息，這項功能曾讓他們及時發現花園一處水管破裂，避免水資源浪費。此外，由於門窗都設置感應器，家人安全更有保障。

Twitter 又被台灣網友暱稱為「推特」，最早是美國Obvious公司內部使用的通訊平台，如今已是當紅社交網站。使用者可隨時透過Twitter網站、Twitter用戶端軟體、即時通、電郵、手機等管道發表訊息，也可設定將 Twitter訊息發送到自己的手機。由於每則訊息的字數上限為140個字元，所以被歸類為微網誌。

Marc, I just saw this for the first time. You're right, while the "heroes" of television who act and write about "principles" are too scared to stand up for them and risk losing a paycheck, you were willing to take a loss. Lindsay Lohan: MADE IN TAIWAN

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court again.

She was accused of stealing a necklace, just weeks after being released from court ordered rehab.

The necklace disappeared from a boutique after she tried it on, but it reappeared at a police station as officers were preparing to search Lohan's home. Since 2008, LiLo has been accused of various thefts, including fur coats, a Rolex watch and of course, jewelry.

A Las Vegas tanning salon is also suing Lohan over US$41,000 in unpaid tanning fees.
