FOR MINOR HARASSMENT / TROLLING: It's always best to ignore and delete harassing comments and block the offensive user. Many haters do it for the response and it's best not to give them the satisfaction. Using friend lock for comments also helps. If they can't comment and don't get a response, they'll generally move on.
