Brother Jermaine will stand alongside the projected image - thought to be a hologram - to sing a touching duet.
Georg Kindel, organising the show in Vienna, Austria, on September 26, said: "We are going to bring Michael, for one last time, on stage again.
"It will be a magic moment for millions of fans."
Jacko's sister Janet, 43, has revealed she is struggling to come to terms with his death in June, saying: "It's hard to believe."
