It was given to Dr. Nick while vacationing with Elvis and friends in Hawaii. Mounted and housed in a frame. A letter of authenticity and a copy of "Dr. Nick's™ Memories of Elvis"

Personally given to Guy Della-Cioppa by friend and partner Red Skelton. Della-Cioppa won an Emmy while working for CBS before leaving the studio to begin his own production efforts with Skelton and "Lost in Space." 17 1/2 by 22 inches, framed PROVENANCE From the Estate of Guy Della-Cioppa.
